1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iLink website and the iLink security guard and patrol management software (the "Service") provided by iLink ("iLink", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using our website or the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems or networks.
• You must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
